2. Products and Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display our jewellery — including colours, stone details, and dimensions — as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
  • All silver jewellery is 925 hallmarked pure silver, certified as per applicable BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) hallmarking norms, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Gemstones and pearls used are natural/genuine as described on each product listing. Minor variations in stone shape, colour, or pearl lustre are natural characteristics and not defects.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify product specifications at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. In case of payment failure, please retry or contact us for assistance.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS. This confirms receipt of your order, not final acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or issues with payment/delivery. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces, once confirmed, may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun — please refer to the specific terms shared at the time of order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe specified on the Site or communicated to you at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
